Our commitment is to your satisfaction. Please note parts covered under our 2-year labor warranty have no charges, however charges may apply in specific situations, including:
- $175 Trip Charge for Re-screening: Applicable 90 days after installation
- $175 Diagnostic Trip Charge: Applicable if necessary information (e.g., photos, serial numbers) is not provided.
- $175 Minimum Trip Charge: Applied if no defects in material or workmanship are found within 90 days of installation.
If the requested services aren’t covered by our 2-year labor warranty, we’ll offer a free estimate for the necessary work.
