With a virtual appointment, we can ensure your safety during the COVID-19 outbreak but still provide you with the professional services you need for your home.
HOW A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT WORKS
- Contact ARCH Exteriors to schedule a virtual appointment to discuss the exterior replacement solutions you need. You can call us at (301) 637-4080 or complete our contact form.
- Using the HOVER Connect app, we will ask you to take a few photos of your home exterior. This app enables us to remotely access key information and measurements we need to quote your project. If you prefer, we can also send an ARCH representative to your property to take photos using the HOVER Connect app. We can do this without entering your home.
- During your virtual appointment, we will show you 3D measurements of your home and discuss the scope of work. By demonstrating design options and products on your home, we can help you make smart design decisions.
- We will use the measurements gathered from HOVER to prepare a free estimate for your review. If you hire ARCH Exteriors for your project, we will send you a contract to sign electronically.
- We will schedule a date to deliver the expert solutions you need.
